SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Some products are made to order and therefor, shipping times may vary. The usual lead time for products are 10-14 business days unless stated otherwise due to backed up orders.​ Any expected delays will be communicated via email. Items shipped domestically and internationally will be via USPS. Tracking numbers will be provided by email. Please contact me before purchase if you need to rush an order out to obtain the best shipping method. I'll do my best to respond in a timely manner.

The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Corium Supply Co. is not responsible for customs fees incurred from customers purchasing from outside the United States. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow up to 7 business day for your order to be fulfilled, unless otherwise noted in the listing, as all our items are made to order by hand.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Corium Supply Co. will accept returns for exchange within 14 days of delivery for online store credit only, minus the cost of shipping. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we can not accept returns for a cash refund. Products must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
